SAK Construction Company has been awarded the contract no. 308 with the Ministry of Public Works to construct, complete, and maintain the Extension of the North Building of the Kuwait Audit Bureau.
The project scope is designed to comprise 3 basement levels, a ground floor, 7 upper floors, and a roof. In addition, the existing Carpark Building, which currently includes 2 basement levels, a ground floor, 3 floors, and a roof, is planned to be expanded vertically with 4 additional floors and a new roof level. A pedestrian bridge will also be constructed to seamlessly connect the new North Building to the existing facility, ensuring functional and accessible integration between the two structures.
The total value of the contract is USD. 85 million.
