SAK Construction Company has been awarded the contract no. 1626 with the Public Authority for Housing Welfare to construct, complete, and maintain public buildings in the suburbs (N8, N11, N12) of Al-Mutlaa Residential City.
The project scope includes the installation of electricity, water, and road networks, as well as the construction of essential service stations. In addition, the project involves the construction of several key public and service buildings, such as a central market, social services building, health center, ambulance center, mosque, and post office.
The total value of the contract is USD. 80.8 million.
